YOOH, a creative, clever and above all eco-responsible brand.
Today children express frankly the need to protect their planet. They develop their sensitivity to anti-waste very early on while keeping their creative soul carefree and full of dreams.
This is the red thread of YOOH!
At the beginning of the project, four people with an international profile, French, Japanese, Norwegian, Dutch; all from luxury ready-to-wear houses, Dior, Hermès, Chanel, Chloé, etc., who know their workings intimately from Style to Operations, having held management responsibilities there.
Their starting point:
On average, 50% of collection materials and 10% of production materials end up stored in warehouses where they lie dormant for many years. Very often, it is destruction that looms at the end of the road.
The group of four matured the idea of creating children's fashion, both singular and virtuous, by promoting these fabrics and supplies dormant in the warehouses of Fashion Houses.
This approach makes it possible to offer a new approach to responsible consumption while giving pride of place to creation.
Thus, at a time when the world of fashion is questioning itself, YOOH
shakes up the codes and designs children's lines from the noble materials of luxury houses, in a singular and daring style. From the jacket to the reversible skirt, passing by a blouse with an amazing print, children will be able to indulge in pretty combinations full of spontaneity.
Regularly throughout the year, the young brand will thus enhance these stocks of fabrics from prestigious brands.
For the first, YOOH is giving a second life to the fabrics of a major Fashion House which enjoyed a renaissance ten years ago.
Parents, those nostalgic for this period, or simply people concerned about more ethical and responsible fashion, will be able to discover this first colorful collection, on the brand's e-shop.
