«Nature King» — products for nature’s children and families.The core values of «Nature King» are minimalist aesthetics, natural materials and ergonomic products.We sell flower presses in many sizes and designs, pressed flower frames, handmade and transformable baby cradles and swings.Nature King’s story began when we were expecting our firstborn. We wanted to lay our baby in a cradle for the first months of his life like our ancestors did. Historically it was a cradle carved out of birch tree that was hung in a ceiling next to the parents bed. By hanging the cradle we would achieve the soft movement that soothes the baby and gives him a deeper and longer sleep. We wanted this to be achieved as simple and sustainable as possible.We are Elina and Janis. Both of us are architects with love of exploration and creating and this new need for such a specific and important thing urged us to build it ourselves. We’ve always believed that building our own designs gives the most love to the object created. Elina’s mom Mara came to help us with her skills in macrame and so we began.Our success in raising our loved firstborn and the positive feedback from other parents and friends gave us the idea to turn it into something more. To help other people who feel similar needs for their child to have the best care and love. To give the parents the ease of mind. To let their child be connected to nature. That’s how Nature King was born.
