Slugs & Snails - was the original unisex children's tights company offering luxury for little legs since 2008.
Slugs & Snails was born on a windy hill in the wild West of Ireland where one little family realised how functional tights were for their baby boy and set about starting a company that made funky, organic tights for all kids, big and small.
Slugs & Snails was three years in development and proudly launched in 2011 as the first company dedicated to unisex tights for kids. Now Slugs & Snails strives to be the go to brand for all the family with high quality basics such as socks, tights and 100% organic waffle cotton for children, teens and adults, everything we produce is made with care, passion and the highest quality fabrics.
Since its birth, Slugs & Snails has grown to become an internationally recognised, award winning, eco friendly childrenswear brand. We produce "core" products which means that we add to our collections and don't do rushed seasonable products. You can buy our products in as a core brand in your store and be confident that you won't need to flash sell them at the end of the season because we don't discontinue our designs, we still retail the original four designs we launched with back in 2011. This means our stock holds its value, families always need basics like socks, tights and nightwear and you can confidently buy from us and not have to worry about having to loose your profit to flash sales at the end of each season.
Slugs & Snails products are famous for their quirky gender neutral designs, which last and last, season on season, offering both superb value for money and a welcome break away from kids clothes that are overly disposable. We always try to hold stock, we have a huge collection of over 35 patterned kids tights, with matching adults, 20 colours of seamless toe long socks, block colour tights with anti slip soles and over 20 waffle cotton colours in children's age 1-2 up to adult XL.
Slugs only use yarns and manufacturing processes which have a minimum standard GOTS certified organic cotton, our products are free of any harmful substances or chemicals, safeguarding everyone's health and protecting our environment.
